October 8, 2021: Valdosta, GA 31601

The Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA) football nudged the visiting Cedar Grove Saints (Ellenwood, GA), 45-38 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Tift County Blue Devils (Tifton, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 1 bout, on Friday, October 15. Lowndes will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 5-2 record after their 16-3 league loss to Valdosta (Valdosta, GA).

The Saints (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Salem (Conyers, GA). The Seminoles enter the AAA Region 5 bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Salem was nudged by Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA), 49-6, in a league bout.
