The Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC) varsity football team lost Friday's home non-conference game against Providence Day (Charlotte, NC) by a score of 42-0.
The Providence Day Chargers football squad scored 42 points and restricted the host Trinity Christian Crusaders to 0 in the Chargers non-league victory on Friday.
The Chargers now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charlotte Christian for a NCISAA Big South battle on Friday, October 15. Providence Day will play a Knights squad coming off a 28-7 non-league win over Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-3.
Coming up next, the Crusaders play the North Raleigh Christian Academy Knights (Raleigh, NC) in a NCISAA Big East battle, on Friday, October 15.
