Connecticut High School Volleyball - New Milford over Bethel

New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Bethel Wildcats (Bethel, CT), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Green Wave battle the Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT) in a Southwest-Colonial match, on Tuesday, October 12. New Milford will attempt to advance on its 9-4 season record. The Nighthawks come into the match with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT).

With the loss, Bethel drops to 5-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Masuk (Monroe, CT) to battle the Panthers in a Southwest-Colonial match on Tuesday, October 12. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 4-9. Masuk lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Pomperaug (Southbury, CT)
