In Friday's league battle, the visiting Reedy Lions volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Frisco Raccoons.

The Lions (23-6) will now prepare for their battle against Wakeland (Frisco, TX). The Wolverines come into the 5A Region II District 9 battle with a 17-12 record.

Next, the Raccoons encounter the Memorial Warriors (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 9 battle, on Tuesday, October 12. Frisco will attempt to move on its 9-19 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 19-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lone Star (Frisco, TX).
