In Friday's non-league contest, the Thunder Ridge (Idaho Falls, ID) volleyball squad knocked off the host Morgan Trojans (Morgan, UT), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the battle the Shelley Russets (Shelley, ID) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 9. Thunder Ridge will attempt to better on its 19-10 season record. The Russets come into the contest with a 12-12 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Skyridge (Lehi, UT).

With the loss, Morgan drops to 16-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Timpanogos (Orem, UT) to battle the Timberwolves in a non-league contest on Friday, October 8.
