Vermont High School Football - Springfield knocked off by Windsor
October 8, 2022: Springfield, VT 05156 Windsor Yellowjackets (Windsor, VT) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Springfield Cosmos (Springfield, VT), 34-14 in a league test.
With the triumph, Windsor improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Oxbow (Bradford, VT) to battle the Olympians in a Division III test on Saturday, October 15. The Olympians come into the test with a record of 3-3. Oxbow won 31-12 in their recent league test against Milton (Milton, VT)
With the loss, Springfield drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Cosmos host Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT) to battle the Terriers in a non-league test on Friday, October 14. The Terriers come into the test with a record of 6-0. Bellows Falls won 62-35 in their recent league test against Spaulding (Barre, VT)
