The Faith Longhorns (Faith, SD) volleyball overcame the visiting Philip Scotties (Philip, SD), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Faith upgrades its record to 13-11 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD) to face the Warbirds in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 8. The Warbirds go into the outing with a record of 15-3. Wolsey-Wessington won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Wessington Springs (Wessington Springs, SD)

The Scotties now own a 16-10 record. They play next when they travel to Wall for a B Region 7 outing on Tuesday, October 11. Philip will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Custer (Custer, SD). The Eagles record now stands at 12-8.
