October 8, 2022: St. Joseph, IL 61873 Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans (St. Joseph, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Rockets battle the Morton Potters (Morton, IL) in a Mid-Illini match, on Wednesday, October 12. Limestone will attempt to advance on its 22-3 season record. The Potters come into the match with a 11-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL).
With the loss, St. Joseph-Ogden drops to 19-6 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL) to battle the Hawks in a Illini Prairie match on Tuesday, October 11. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 12-13. Prairie Central won 2-1 in their recent league match against Rantoul (Rantoul, IL)
