Oregon High School Soccer - Grant knocks off Franklin
October 8, 2024: Portland, OR 97212 The Grant Generals (Portland, OR) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Franklin Quakers (Portland, OR), 7-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Generals now hold a 10-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a 6A Portland Interscholastic challenge on Tuesday, October 15. Grant will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Roosevelt (Portland, OR). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Franklin moves to 1-9 on the year. The Quakers host Cleveland (Portland, OR) to encounter the Warriors in a 6A Portland Interscholastic challenge on Thursday, October 17. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 4-7.
