In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Harrold Hornets volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Graford Rabbits.

The Hornets (27-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Crowell (Crowell, TX). The Wildcats enter the 1A Region II District 9 challenge with a 23-5 record. In their last challenge, Crowell got by Seymour (Seymour, TX), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rabbits meet the Lindsay Knights (Lindsay, TX) in a 2A Region II District 9 challenge, on Friday, October 11. Graford will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 21-11 record after their 3-1 league win over Poolville (Poolville, TX).
