October 8, 2025: Belvidere, IL 61008 The Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL), 6-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Blue Thunder now hold a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Benet Academy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 11. Belvidere North will encounter a Redwings squad coming off a 5-2 league win over Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Redwings record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Woodstock moves to 8-10 on the year. The Blue streaks travel to Jacobs (Algonquin, IL) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 11.
