October 9, 2021: Sacramento, CA 95820 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA) and the host Christian Brothers Falcons (Sacramento, CA), saw Bishop O'Dowd's volleyball squad nip Christian Brothers by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Bishop O'Dowd upgrades its record to 17-12 on the year. The Dragons travel to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 9. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Saint Francis won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA)
The Falcons now own a 22-6 record. They play next when they travel to Granite Bay for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 9. Christian Brothers will play a Grizzlies squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 15-12.
