Maryland High School Soccer - Winters Mill knocks off Franklin
October 9, 2024: Westminster, MD 21157 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Winters Mill Falcons (Westminster, MD) and the visiting Franklin Indians (Reisterstown, MD), saw Winters Mill's soccer squad knock off Franklin by a count of 3-0.
The Falcons (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Liberty (Sykesville, MD). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Liberty by Westminster (Westminster, MD), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Indians confront the Hereford Bulls (Parkton, MD) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 15. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Bulls enter the battle with a 6-3 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Boys Latin (Baltimore, MD).
