October 9, 2024: Boulder City, NV 89005 The Moapa Valley Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Boulder City Eagles to 0 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Pirates now possess a 19-10 record. They play next when they host Cheyenne for a 3A Southern - Desert outing on Thursday, October 10. Moapa Valley will clash with a Desert Shields team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV). The Desert Shields record now stands at 8-14.
With the loss, Boulder City drops to 10-15 on the campaign. The Eagles host Western (Las Vegas, NV) to clash with the Warriors in a 3A Southern - Mountain outing on Monday, October 14.
