California High School Flag Football - Mt. Carmel trounces Del Norte
October 9, 2025: San Diego, CA 92129 In Thursday's league match, the host Mt. Carmel Sundevils flag football squad scored a decisive 32-0 victory over the Del Norte Nighthawks.
The Sundevils (9-3) will now prepare for their match against Helix (La Mesa, CA). The Highlanders go into the non-league battle with a 14-1 record. In their last battle, Helix walloped Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA), 27-0, in a league battle.
The Nighthawks now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Poway for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 16. Del Norte will play a Titans team coming off a 6-0 league loss to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA). The Titans record now stands at 6-6.
