In Thursday's league challenge, the host Hampshire Trojans volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Frankfort Falcons.

The Trojans (15-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Keyser (Keyser, WV). The Golden Tornado come into the Potomac Valley challenge with a 14-10 record.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Petersburg Vikings (Petersburg, WV) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 11. Frankfort will attempt to advance on its 2-18 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 14-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Moorefield (Moorefield, WV).
