The Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY) football defeated the visiting Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets (Henrietta, NY), 50-22 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Little Irish face the Victor Blue Devils (Victor, NY) in a Section 5 AA bout, on Friday, October 8. Aquinas Institute will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 27-7 league loss to Pittsford (Pittsford, NY).

The Royal Comets (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Fairport (Fairport, NY). The Red Raiders enter the Section 5 AA bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Fairport lost by McQuaid Jesuit (Rochester, NY), 42-7, in a league bout.
