October 1, 2022: Severn, MD 21401 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting John Carroll Patriots football squad scored a close 2-0 victory over the Annapolis Area Christian Eagles.
In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Concordia Prep Saints (Towson, MD) in a MIAA B match, on Friday, October 7. John Carroll will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Saints enter the match with a 5-1 record after their 38-18 league win over Archbishop Curley (Baltimore, MD).
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Severn School (Severna Park, MD). The Admirals enter the MIAA C match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Severn School held off St. John's Catholic Prep (Buckeystown, MD), 41-6, in a league match.
