Illinois High School Football - Shepard trounces Oak Lawn
October 1, 2022: Oak Lawn, IL 60453 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Shepard Astros football squad scored a big 53-18 victory over the Oak Lawn Spartans.
In their next game, the Astros clash with the Evergreen Park Mustangs (Evergreen Park, IL) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 7. Shepard will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record.
The Spartans (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Rams enter the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Reavis was crushed by Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL), 20-8, in a non-league match.
