Ohio High School Soccer - Westland knocks off Cristo Rey
October 1, 2022: Columbus, OH 43215 Westland Cougars (Galloway, OH) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Cristo Rey Cougar (Columbus, OH), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars confront the Briggs Bruins (Columbus, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 5. Westland will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record.
The Cougar now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 6. Cristo Rey will confront a Stars team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Marion Harding (Marion, OH). The Stars record now stands at 4-1.
