October 1, 2022: Longview, WA 98632 The Mark Morris Monarchs volleyball team (Longview, WA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Kelso Hilanders (Kelso, WA)
The Hilanders (11-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Evergreen (Vancouver, WA). The Plainsmen enter the 3A Greater St. Helens challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Evergreen was nudged by Prairie (Vancouver, WA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Monarchs encounter the WF West Bearcats (Chehalis, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 1. Mark Morris will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to Black Hills (Tumwater, WA).
