In Saturday's non-league contest, the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Warriors face the East Hampton Bellringers (East Hampton, CT) in a Shoreline contest, on Monday, October 3. Valley Regional will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Bellringers go into the contest with a 6-2 record after their 3-0 league win over North Branford (North Branford, CT).
