Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Warren knocks off St. Marys
October 1, 2024: St. Marys, PA 15857 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Warren Dragons (Warren, PA) and the host St. Marys Flying Dutch (St. Marys, PA), saw Warren's soccer squad triumph over St. Marys by a count of 9-2.
The Dragons (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Oil City (Oil City, PA). The Oilers enter the District 10 Region 6 battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Oil City was overwhelmed by Franklin (Franklin, PA), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Flying Dutch battle the DuBois Beavers (DuBois, PA) in a District 9 battle, on Monday, October 7. St. Marys will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Beavers enter the battle with a 10-3 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Elk County Catholic (St. Marys, PA).
