Maryland High School Soccer - Clarksburg toppled by Quince Orchard
October 1, 2024: Gaithersburg, MD 20878 Quince Orchard Cougars (Gaithersburg, MD) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Clarksburg Coyotes (Clarksburg, MD), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Quince Orchard advances its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD) to clash with the Trojans in a Montgomery County 4A - West Region 2 test on Saturday, October 5. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 7-5. Gaithersburg won 4-3 in their recent league test against Northwest (Germantown, MD)
The Coyotes now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seneca Valley for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 2. Clarksburg will clash with a Screamin' Eagles team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD). The Screamin' Eagles record now stands at 0-9.
