October 1, 2024: Jacksonville, IL 62650 Jacksonville Crimsons (Jacksonville, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Decatur Eisenhower Panthers (Decatur, IL), 9-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Jacksonville advances its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Crimsons host Beardstown (Beardstown, IL) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 2. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 11-2. Beardstown won 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Meridian/Sangamon Valley (Macon, IL)
The Panthers now have a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Taylorville for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. Decatur Eisenhower will clash with a Tornadoes team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Litchfield (Litchfield, IL). The Tornadoes record now stands at 3-15.
