With the win, Ballard improves its record to 10-10 on the season. The Bombers travel to North Polk (Alleman, IA) to encounter the Comets in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 8. The Comets go into the battle with a record of 13-11.
The Tigers now own a 14-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Van Meter for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 5.
