California High School Volleyball - Las Lomas tips Northgate

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Las Lomas Knights volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Northgate Broncos.

The Knights (17-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Eagles come into the Diablo-Foothill challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Berean Christian was nudged by Acalanes (Lafayette, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Broncos meet the Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA) in a Diablo-Foothill challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Northgate will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Matadors come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 3-1 league loss to Benicia (Benicia, CA).
