Connecticut High School Volleyball - Staples tips New Canaan

October 1, 2024: Westport, CT 06880

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Staples Wreckers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the New Canaan Rams.

The Wreckers (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bridgeport Central (Bridgeport, CT). The Hilltoppers come into the Fairfield County challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Bridgeport Central edged Harding (Bridgeport, CT), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rams meet the Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT) in a Fairfield County challenge, on Friday, October 4. New Canaan will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Blue Wave come into the challenge with a 12-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT).
