October 1, 2025: Minnetonka, MN 55345 Wayzata Trojans (Plymouth, MN) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN), 22-14 in a non-league battle.
With the triumph, Wayzata upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN) to meet the Crimson in a non-league match on Thursday, October 9. The Crimson come into the match with a record of 2-0. Maple Grove won 49-0 in their recent non-league match against St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN)
In their next game, the Skippers play the Edina Hornets (Edina, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Minnetonka will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
