October 1, 2025: Somerville, NJ 08876 Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Somerville Pioneers (Somerville, NJ), 41-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Summit advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Bernards (Bernardsville, NJ) to confront the Mountaineers in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 9. The Mountaineers go into the battle with a record of 1-0.
The Pioneers now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host North Hunterdon for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 8.
