Alabama High School Flag Football - Huffman loses to Oxford
October 1, 2025: Birmingham, AL 35215 Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their flag football team gain a win over the host Huffman Vikings (Birmingham, AL), 19-6 in a league battle.
With the win, Oxford advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Albertville (Albertville, AL) to play the Aggies in a battle on Tuesday, October 14. The Aggies go into the battle with a record of 8-2. Albertville won 22-0 in their recent league battle against Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL)
The Vikings now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Pell City for a match on Wednesday, October 8. Huffman will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 20-0 league loss to Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.
