The Pioneers now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monroe for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. Pioneer will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 30-24 non-league win over Jackson (Jackson, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Skyline drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Dexter (Dexter, MI) to play the Dreadnaughts in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 9. The Dreadnaughts go into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
