October 1, 2025: Apex, NC 27539 Cary Academy Chargers (Cary, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cary Academy improves its record to 10-2 on the season. The Chargers travel to St. Mary's (Raleigh, NC) to encounter the Saints in a test on Monday, October 6. The Saints go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. St. Mary's lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Grace Christian (Sanford, NC)
Next, the Mustangs meet the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Middle Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record.
