Broken Bow Savages (Broken Bow, OK) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their softball team tip the host McLoud Redskins (McLoud, OK), 5-0 in a non-league battle.

The Savages now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Catoosa for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 1. Broken Bow will confront a Indians team coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Nathan Hale (Tulsa, OK). The Indians record now stands at 9-26.

With the loss, McLoud moves to 25-9 on the season. The Redskins host Checotah (Checotah, OK) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 2.
