The Princeton Tigers volleyball squad (Princeton, IN), was defeated 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Evansville Central Bears (Evansville, IN)

The Bears (5-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Evansville Harrison (Evansville, IN). The Warriors enter the Southern Indiana challenge with a 2-18 record. In their last challenge, Evansville Harrison was beaten by Jasper (Jasper, IN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) in a Pocket test, on Thursday, October 2. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 10-16 season record. The Titans go into the test with a 17-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IN).
