New York High School Soccer - Fairport nudges Aquinas Institute
October 10, 2022: Rochester, NY 14613 Fairport Red Raiders (Fairport, NY) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Red Raiders confront the Penfield Patriots (Penfield, NY) in a Monroe - Division I challenge, on Wednesday, October 12. Fairport will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Greece Athena (Rochester, NY).
The Little Irish now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Our Lady of Mercy for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 12. Aquinas Institute will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Spencerport (Spencerport, NY). The Monarchs record now stands at 4-5.
