October 10, 2022: Nebo, NC 28761 Nebo Crossing Academy Bulldogs (Nebo, NC) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Temple Baptist Eagles (Asheville, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the The Master's Academy Lions (Forest City, NC) in a Western Piedmont Athletic challenge, on Tuesday, October 11. Nebo Crossing Academy will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 5-2 league win over Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC).
The Eagles now possess a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Challenger for a Western Piedmont Athletic challenge on Tuesday, October 11. Temple Baptist will confront a Firebirds team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC). The Firebirds record now stands at 11-5.
