New York High School Soccer - Oswego nudges Carthage
October 10, 2023: Oswego, NY 13126 The Oswego Bucs (Oswego, NY) soccer nipped the visiting Carthage Comets (Carthage, NY), 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Oswego moves its record to 1-12 on the year. The Bucs travel to Auburn (Auburn, NY) to battle the Maroons in a OHSL- Freedom American bout on Thursday, October 12. The Maroons enter the bout with a record of 1-4. Auburn lost 9-2 in their recent league bout against Liverpool (Liverpool, NY)
In their next game, the Comets battle the Immaculate Heart Central Cavaliers (Watertown, NY) in a Frontier- Division B outing, on Thursday, October 12. Carthage will attempt to advance on its 1-14 season record. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a 3-10 record after their 6-0 league loss to Lowville (Lowville, NY).
