In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Portsmouth Patriots (Portsmouth, RI), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Chargers battle the Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 11. Chariho will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Mounties go into the contest with a 2-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to La Salle Academy (Providence, RI).
