Connecticut High School Soccer - Norwich Free Academy knocks off Stonington
October 10, 2023: Norwich, CT 06360 Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Stonington Bears (Stonington, CT), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut I challenge, on Thursday, October 12. Norwich Free Academy will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Centaurs enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Ledyard (Ledyard, CT).
The Bears now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Griswold for a Eastern Connecticut III challenge on Thursday, October 12.
