St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host St. Pius X Warriors (Kansas City, MO), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Guardians face the Van Horn Falcons (Independence, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 12. St. Michael the Archangel will attempt to better on its 15-2 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Lincoln College Prep (Kansas City, MO).
