The Spartans now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Fenwick for a Catholic Central - Large test on Thursday, October 12. St. Mary's will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Swampscott (Swampscott, MA). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-3.
The Spartans (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA). The Cardinals enter the Catholic Central - Large test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Cardinal Spellman dropped by Bishop Feehan (Attleboro, MA), 3-0, in a league test.
