Iowa High School Volleyball - Linn-Mar nudged by Cedar Falls
October 10, 2023: Cedar Falls, IA 50613 The Cedar Falls Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Linn-Mar Lions to 1 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now have a 30-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waukee for a non-league game on Saturday, October 14. Cedar Falls will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Valley (Elgin, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 11-16.
The Lions (18-12) will now prepare for their game against Southeast Polk (Pleasant Hill, IA). The Rams enter the non-league game with a 13-20 record. In their last game, Southeast Polk was nudged by Johnston (Johnston, IA), 3-0, in a league game.
