October 10, 2023: Mahtomedi, MN 55115 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Mahtomedi Zephyrs (Mahtomedi, MN) and the visiting St. Anthony Village Huskies (Minneapolis, MN), saw Mahtomedi's volleyball squad beat St. Anthony Village by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Mahtomedi upgrades its record to 12-9 on the year. The Zephyrs travel to Tartan (Oakdale, MN) to play the Titans in a Metro East bout on Thursday, October 12. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Tartan won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against St. Paul Central (St. Paul, MN)
The Huskies now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they travel to Visitation for a Tri-Metro bout on Thursday, October 12. St. Anthony Village will play a Blazers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over St. Croix Prep (Stillwater, MN). The Blazers record now stands at 12-6.
