The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Arundel Wildcats (Gambrills, MD) and the visiting Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD), witnessed Arundel's football squad wallop Meade by a tally of 63-21.

The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Old Mill (Millersville, MD). The Patriots enter the Anne Arundel County contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Old Mill was trounced by Broadneck (Annapolis, MD), 38-10, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Mustangs battle the Glen Burnie Gophers (Glen Burnie, MD) in a Anne Arundel County contest, on Friday, October 18. Meade will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Gophers enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 45-0 league win over Crofton (Gambrills, MD).
