The Blake Bengals walloped the host Watkins Mill Wolverines football team by a score of 46-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bengals face the Paint Branch Panthers (Burtonsville, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 18. Blake will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Northwest (Germantown, MD).

The Wolverines (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Patriots enter the Montgomery County 4A - West challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Wootton bounced Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD), 17-13, in a league challenge.
