The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Colonie Central Raiders (Albany, NY) and the visiting Guilderland Flying Dutchmen (Guilderland Center, NY), witnessed Colonie Central's football squad edge Guilderland by a count of 28-27.

The Raiders (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Schenectady (Schenectady, NY). The Patriots enter the Section 2 AA contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Schenectady was nudged by Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, NY), 56-6, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Flying Dutchmen confront the Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks (Saratoga Springs, NY) in a Section 2 AA contest, on Friday, October 18.
