October 10, 2024: Hopatcong, NJ 07843 The Kinnelon Colts football squad scored 35 points and limited the host Hopatcong Chiefs to 7 in the Colts league triumph on Thursday.
The Colts now hold a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Shabazz for a non-league test on Friday, October 18. Kinnelon will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 21-6 non-league loss to Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.
With the defeat, Hopatcong drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Whippany Park (Whippany, NJ) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-4. Whippany Park lost 16-7 in their recent league test against Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ)
