In Thursday's league game, the Montclair Kimberley Academy Cougars (Montclair, NJ) football team triumphed over the visiting Hopkins Hilltoppers (New Haven, CT), by a score of 45-7.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Fieldston Eagles (Bronx, NY) in a Metropolitan Independent game, on Saturday, October 19.
