The McKinney Lions football squad scored 31 points and limited the visiting Plano West Wolves to 7 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prosper for a 6A Region I District 6 test on Friday, October 18. McKinney will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 48-14 league win over Plano (Plano, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.

With the defeat, Plano West drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Wolves host Allen (Allen, TX) to meet the Eagles in a 6A Region I District 6 test on Friday, October 18. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 6-0. Allen won 78-21 in their recent league test against Princeton (Princeton, TX)
